My stay at Hotel Poerio 25 was delightful. The spacious rooms were well-equipped and modern, and the location in the charming Chiaia neighborhood was perfect for strolling through boutique shops and enjoying local cuisine.

The noise from the city was noticeable, which might be an issue for light sleepers. I recommend bringing earplugs to ensure a restful night.

During my stay, the cleanliness of the room was questionable, as the walls had noticeable marks, which made for an unpleasant first impression. Additionally, I encountered issues with the door lock, which did not seem secure, causing me concern over my belongings. To add to the frustration, a staff member carelessly discarded one of my empty bottles without prior notice, which I planned to use later. The problem with the power points was also frustrating, as they were not compatible with my devices, making it tricky to charge my essentials.

also, the room was in a separate building—very awkward! I woudl have expected deluxe treatment as I was a guest, but instead, I got none. the shower door was broken too, just a little detail that made my stay miserable. just couldn't give a better review, truly.

my stay at poerio 25 boutique stay was fantastic! the suite was very clean and spacious. i felt exceptionally secure and comfortable, even while walking solo at night. the location is perfect, just a half block from restaurants and the waterfront promenade. the staff were the best, always ready to assist with great recommendations.
